Thousand Bridges Opera is dedicated to the musical and cultural education of the greater Pittsburgh area through programming of accessible live entertainment and arts enrichment to a diverse community.
Additionally, we are committed to the inclusion, celebration and advancement of historically marginalized artists.

Thousand Bridges Opera provides intergenerational classes, plus free or low-cost concerts as part of the Gene Schmidt and Dr. Kwasi Jayourba Music Outreach Initiatives.
